Join us on July 15th from Noon - 4PM for the 13th Annual Elmira Blooms Garden Tour.  Tour 7 gardens in Elmira and enjoy garden party refreshments at the reception.  Tickets are available now at Near Westside's Office and Chamberlain Acres.

This year the tour will include a garden party reception at Victorian Row Park & Community Garden.
